Welcome to our SaaS social media marketing agency! We appreciate your interest in our content creation and affiliate marketing services. To ensure a smooth and productive collaboration, we have outlined our Terms of Service below.

1. Service Overview: Our agency provides content creation and affiliate marketing services for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitch, Medium, Substack, and TikTok. Our team of experts will work closely with you to ensure your brand's message and objectives are met.

2. Payment: We require a pre-payment for our services. Once we receive your payment, we will begin work on your project. We accept bank transfers via Wise.com. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time given there are changes in our marketing efforts.

3. Cancellation and Refunds: If you need to cancel your project, please let us know as soon as possible. We will issue a refund if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of payment. If you cancel after 24 hours, we may issue a partial refund depending on the amount of work completed.

4. Content Ownership: All content created by our agency remains the property of our agency until full payment has been received. Once full payment has been made, the client owns the content and can use it for their own purposes. Content ownership between content creators, affiliates and UGC content creators will be stated in the campaign contracts and terms and conditions. However, we may use some of the published content for our marketing purposes, further details will be in our NDA.

5. Rights and Permissions: By using our services, you agree to grant our agency the right to use any content created for you for promotional purposes. You also agree to obtain any necessary permissions and rights to use any third-party content in your project.

6. Confidentiality: We understand the importance of confidentiality when it comes to your business. Any information you provide us will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purposes of completing your project.

7. Liability: Our agency is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using our services. We are also not responsible for any third-party content used in your project.

8. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time if we feel that the project is not in line with our values or if the client violates our Terms of Service.

9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or issues will be handled in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our agency is based.

10. Amendments: We reserve the right to modify or update our Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check for updates and changes.
